Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the customer.
- Final pricing may change after an in-person inspection or pre-service assessment.
- Additional charges will be clearly communicated and approved before work begins.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Appointments & Scheduling
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
- Mobile detailing requires reasonable access to the vehicle and a safe working environment.
- Shop-based services must be dropped off and picked up at the agreed time.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
- Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate vehicle and service information
- Remove personal belongings prior to service
- Ensure the vehicle is in a condition safe to work on
- Inform us of any existing damage, modifications, or special concerns
G3 Auto Care is not responsible for pre-existing damage unless clearly caused by our service.
Satisfaction & Results
We aim to deliver high-quality, professional results. However:
- Results may vary depending on vehicle condition, paint quality, and previous work
- Some defects (deep scratches, paint failure, wear) may not be fully correctable
- We do not guarantee “like-new” results unless explicitly stated in writing
Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Deposits & Payments
- Certain services may require a deposit before work begins
- Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed
- We accept approved payment methods as listed on our website or invoice
Failure to pay may result in withheld vehicle release (where legally permitted).
Liability Disclaimer

- Pre-existing damage or wear
- Manufacturer defects
- Damage caused by aftermarket parts, previous repairs, or poor paint quality
